MelCap Partners, LLC is an independent, private investment-banking firm providing financial advisory services to middle market companies. MelCap focuses on providing corporate finance services related to middle market transactions between $10 million and $100 million.
The successful completion of middle market transactions require an active involvement in the deal and an appreciation of the unique market dynamics that are not typically found in larger investment-banking firms or business brokerage organizations. MelCap’s niche is to fill this void by providing high quality and innovative investment-banking services to middle market companies.
