Jeffrey
D. Church
Mr. Church is the founder and president
of Autus Capital, LLC, a private acquisition group focused on making
acquisitions of niche oriented manufacturing companies. Prior to Autus,
Mr. Church was the former owner and President of Aztec Concrete Accessories,
Inc. (Aztec), a leading manufacturer of concrete and plastic
supports and spacers used to support steel reinforced bar in concrete
forms for the concrete construction industry, which was sold to Dayton
Superior Corporation in 2001. Prior to acquiring Aztec, Mr. Church
was a senior executive and shareholder with ERICO International, Inc.
(ERICO), a diversified manufacturing company. While at
ERICO, Mr. Church was involved in a number of successful acquisitions.
Before joining ERICO, Mr. Church was a senior consultant and auditor
with Ernst & Young. Mr. Church received an MBA from Harvard University,
a BS in Accounting from Michigan State University, and has successfully
completed the Certified Public Accountant examination. |

Dennis
A. Corrado
Mr. Corrado is the former President of Electronic Printing
Products, Inc. (EPP), a leading supplier of electronic
media and equipment including laser and ink jet labels, thermal equipment,
software, and bar code systems integration. EPP is a wholly owned
subsidiary of MACTac, which is a subsidiary of Bemis, Inc., a multi-billion
dollar packaging company. Prior to EPP, Mr. Corrado was President
and shareholder of GPOA, LP (GPA), a specialty distributor
of pressure-sensitive label paper. Prior to GPA, Mr. Corrado was the
owner of a label paper distribution business on the West Coast and
was a national sales manager with Chemtrol Adhesives. Mr. Corrado
received an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS from Kent
State University. |

Robert J. Shearer
Mr. Shearer is the Chief Executive Officer of Shearer’s Foods, a leading manufacturer and distributor of seasoned snack foods and related products. As CEO, Mr. Shearer is responsible for developing the culture and guiding the expansion of the 33 year old Company. Over the years, Shearer’s has received national attention and numerous awards including: “Snack Manufacturer of the Year” by Snack Food and Wholesale Bakery magazine, Weatherhead 100, Cascade Capital Business Growth Award and The Entrepreneurs EDGE Award for being one of the fastest growing companies in Northeast Ohio. In addition, Shearer’s has been awarded the North Coast 99 nine consecutive years as a top employer in Northeast Ohio. Mr. Shearer recently completed a term as Chairman of the Snack Food Association, an international trade organization supporting snack food manufacturers and suppliers. He is also the winner of the 2007 Entrepreneur Of The Year Award. Mr. Shearer received a B.S. in Finance from Walsh University. |

Lawrence W. Wolf
Mr. Wolf is the Chief Executive Officer of Red Diamond Ltd, a family
office located in Cleveland, Ohio, representing a wealthy family
group. The principal member of the family was the former owner of
a leading manufacturer of electronic solenoids and switches for
the automotive industry, which was sold in 1998. Mr. Wolf is responsible
for managing all aspects of the financial and investment activities
on behalf of this family group. Prior to Red Diamond, Mr. Wolf was
a tax partner with Arthur Andersen LLP where he was involved in
a number of sophisticated merger, acquisition, and divestiture transactions
for both public and private middle-market companies. Mr. Wolf is
a Certified Public Accountant and received a BS in Accounting from
Miami University. |
