Mrs. Pacholewski has worked in investment banking since 1980. She has been with MelCap Partners since the inception in an executive/administrative assistant capacity. She is responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations, human resources, hiring and training.

Prior to the formation of MelCap Partners, Mrs. Pacholewski was the Office Manager at Bruml Capital Corporation ("BCC"), where she worked with Mr. Melchiorre. Prior to BCC, she was employed at Golenberg & Company in an executive/administrative capacity. Over the years, as executives branched out to pursue outside investment banking opportunities, Mrs. Pacholewski was instrumental in the construction of new office space, the move and setting up offices for each executive, even as far as Dallas, Texas.

Mrs. Pacholewski received her BA in Communications, with a minor in Psychology, from Cleveland State University.
