Machining Corporation of America

Machining Corporation of America is a full-service machining business that specializes in the production of high-precision, close tolerance components and assemblies for the heavy-duty truck, railroad, and automotive markets.   The Company's capabilities include both high-volume and short-lot machining, heat treatment, finishing, and assembly of complex parts.   As a part of a plan of reorganization under §363 of the Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Code, MCA was sold to KelLou, LLC, an affiliate of B&C Company, a leading machining operation specializing in providing custom designed machine capabilities to its customers in the automotive, aerospace, heavy duty truck component, and allied industrial markets.

MelCap Partners successfully represented the Debtor in the sale of the business to the most logical strategic buyer in the market. Going forward, MCA will operate as B&C Machine Company serving the same core markets as they have over the past 20 years.
