	MelCap takes a relationship-oriented approach to investment-banking by only working on transactions where we can add-value to the process, meet our clients’ expectations, and complete the transaction in a timely manner.
		*Value-Added Proposition* – It is difficult to be all things to all companies, therefore, MelCap stays focused on only getting involved in transactions where we can add-value based on our collective skill set and experience.
