Mr. Pacholewski brings over 25 years of knowledge and experience
in finance, operations, and mergers & acquisitions to MelCap
Partners. As Vice President for MelCap Partners, Mr. Pacholewski
is actively involved in all aspects of our client engagements.
Prior to joining MelCap Partners, Mr. Pacholewski formed a consulting
company, KMA Ventures, LLC. KMA provided consulting and advisory
services in the areas of accounting and finance to small businesses.
Industries served included manufacturing and distribution.
Prior to forming KMA, Mr. Pacholewski spent over 20 years in financial
and operational roles in the manufacturing industry. Mr. Pacholewski
was the U.S. Controller for Lafarge Corporation. Lafarge is a publicly
owned construction materials business with operations located throughout
North America with sales in excess of $1.6 billion. During his tenure
at Lafarge, he was involved in strategic planning, budgeting, acquisitions,
and divestures. In addition, he was responsible for corporate reporting,
cost analysis, and general ledger.
Before joining Lafarge, Mr. Pacholewski was Vice President/Treasurer
of The Cleveland Builders Supply Company, a privately owned construction
materials business with locations throughout Ohio and Michigan.
Responsibilities included: cash management, bank relations, external
audits, human resources, and insurance and pension issues.
Mr. Pacholewski holds a BBA in Accounting from Cleveland State
University and a CPA Certificate from the State of Ohio. |
