In an effort to provide the owners of Selinsky with liquidity, and to transition the business to the next level, the Company was sold to Excel Industrial Solutions, LLC, a portfolio company of Excel Capital Partners, LP, an experienced private equity group. Excel Capital Partner’s acquisition of The Selinsky Companies will enable the Company to further its position in the market place and to support management’s growth plans for the business.
