As an Associate at MelCap Partners, Mr. O’Toole is responsible for conducting financial analysis, preparing financial models, and preparing offering memorandums. In addition, he is responsible for conducting industry research as well as assisting in preparing marketing presentations and proposals.

Prior to joining MelCap Partners, Mr. O’Toole worked for LKQ Corporation as a Price Analyst. During his tenure at LKQ, he was responsible for analyzing and filtering inventory parts to determine price changes and updating prices. Mr. O’Toole was also responsible for inputting newly acquired data into the system and generating profitability reports.

Mr. O’Toole received his BSBA in Finance, with a minor in Management, from Kent State University. Mr. O’Toole is a member of The Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors and has successfully completed the AM&AA’s Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor program, thereby obtaining the designation “CM&AA.”
